We offer an end to end service from creative concept and design development through to production and logistics, and activation delivery.

  • We can bring your ‘Small spaces. Big ideas’ to life in-house with end-to-end creative development. From original creative concept exploration, to 3D & 2D and technical drawings of the space and fixtures.

  • Our in-house team manage all aspects of delivery and collection, ensuring the vintage units are installed correctly and compliant with all health & safety requirements, plus fully insured.

  • The kiosk systems have pre-installed systems for your product and content displays. The production team also manage all supporting bespoke production builds and vinyl wrapping of the kiosk exterior and interior surfaces.

  • We have long standing relationships with all UK sites space owners and also offer location sourcing services across the UK & Europe. We also manage all liaison with site space owners and health & safety compliance.

  • We offer a live event management service, training and managing brand ambassador teams to support the deliver of you experiences. We also offer full technical on-site support to manage any physical of digital issues should they arise.

  • We have a selection of content creators who are able to capture your experiences in your preferred style and quickly turnaround content creation to help drive immediate buzz and awareness of your campaign.

  • We are UK based, but can activate globally through our network of international partners. Our Portals production team will always be ‘on the ground’ in the activation country to ensure flawless delivery.

  • Our minimum booking period is 1-week and there is no maximum duration. Longer bookings are subject to discounted kiosk hire rates.

  • The K67 is designed to be modular and to connect multiple kiosks together to form large environments.

  • Yes, the exterior and interior can be fully vinyl wrapped with any design. This is something we manage for our customers.

  • A single kiosk is 2.12m high x 2.29m wide x 1.98m long. The total footprint is approximately 4.5m2.
